211 – Galena

Despite it being Easter, my day job is consuming my daylight hours and most evenings. Luckily the weather isn’t up to much and it’s not really tempting to go out and play under the galena coloured sky.

In the small breaks away from work, I made this.

    This is great. I love the transition from the chill to the warmth. It seems like walking past the warm colors of a pub window on yet another cold overcast day. You made me look up galena in the dictionary. It’s not a commonly used word here in the states.

    Realy good to hear you enjoyed it. I tend to hunt out unusual words for colours as much as a theme for a piece as well as it’s title.
