240 – Warm Stones
This is the first piece made solely from the ambient recordings I made at this year’s solstice celebration at Stonehenge. Made using Ableton Live 8, Max for Live, Reaktor 5 and FabFilter Timeless.
It symbolises the warmth that was radiating from the stones throughout the night. I really felt something special run through me as I touched them for the first time.
I pass them four times each fortnight on my travels to Somerset and will feel more connected to them than ever before.

This is a great piece. I want to play it on my radio show tonight (Stillstream.com). I’m assuming this is released under a Creative Commons license but I don’t see it mentioned anywhere. It’s important for the radio station. Could you put a statement with this post (or on the site in general) indicating your Creative Commons license? Thanks. Brad

Feel free to play anything on my blog. All of my music posted here is free. Not quite Creative Commons, I know. Thanks for considering my piece for your station :).
